Central lubrication pump FKGGM - EPR
Exchange of cable:
Loosen the knurled nut from the plug of the proximity switch
as well as from the red marked ring at the control unit (fig.
83; pos. 1 and 2). Pull off the plug. Put the new cable on and
tighten the knurled nut. The plug can only be put on in a
certain position.
If there is no problem with the cable, check the proximity
switch next. Demount the proximity switch by loosening the
hexagon nut, then take out the switch. Move the still
connected proximity switch over a metal surface (fig. 82). If
the orange LED does not flash during the movement, the
proximity switch is defective. Replace it.
Austausch des Näherungsschalters:
Proximity switch is demounted. Loosen the knurled nut
from the plug, and take off the plug. Measure dimension A of
the new proximity switch (fig. 84 and table). Screw the new
switch into the housing and tighten the hexagon nut.
Observe reference dimension C (fig. 84 and 85)! Put the
straight plug onto the proximity switch and tighten the
knurled nut. The plug can only be put on in a certain
position.

The cable connection of the reservoir with level monitoring must
be done by professional staff. We are not liable for damages or
injuries due to improper assembly works.
After exchanging the cable or the reservoir with level monitoring, check the correct function of the pump.
