Assembly of the central lubrication pump
Check the pump for transport damages and for integrity before the assembly. Remove possible transport locks.
The following conditions must be satisfied to assemble the pump with others parts proper
and without impair safety and health of persons.
There are no special actions to arrange regarding the oscillation reduction and noise prevention when
installing the pump.
Assemble the pump by means of the suitable fastening material to ensure a safe operation.
Also observe the indicated data in the dimensional drawing regarding the fastening drillings. When choosing the
assembly position take care that the pump is predected against environmental and mechanic effects. Ensure a
full access, for example for lubrication filling.

Installation position central lubrication pump FKGGM - EP:
Assemble the pump
in vertical position.
6.2
Installation position central lubrication pump FKGGM - EPR:
Install the pump with follow-up piston in direction of the centrifugal force.

Pipe line and hydraulic hose assembly

Assemble the lines professional and nondistorted!

Observe pressure tightness of fittings.

Observe permitted pressure range for the lines.
