Absolutely prevent air from entering the system during the filling, as otherwise a malfunction
of the system is caused.
Cleaning material that is contaminated with lubricant has to be disposed environmentaly
friendly.
Take care of utmost cleanness!
The ventilation screws are only for the basic filling. Do not remove them.
The overfill protection is for the pump safety. Lubricant evades if the max. level is exceeded.
Observe that no ventilation opening is blocked.
Observe the details of the lubricant manufacturer!
Observe the safety data sheet of the lubricant manufacturer!
Viscosity range of lubricant changes with operating temperature.
Initiate a lubrication interval to check the pump’s function.
