Filling of the central lubricaton pump
The reservoir has to be filled after the lubricant is used as well as after the delivery as the pump is delivered
without filling. Proceed as described below.
NOTE:
The
central lubrication pump is delivered unfilled.

Proceed at the basic filling as described in the enclosed instructions (1090200462)
This has to be done only at the first filling when the pump is empty. Later fillings can be done
during the operation via the filling connection or the filling nipple!
9.2.1
Filling procedure:
Connect the central lubrication pump as described under item 7. Put the pump in operation.
The pump shall be filled by means of the grease gun (fig. 62) via the installed filling connection. The filling press
must be prepared before the filling so that no air is conducted into the system. For this purpose, press out about
10 mm of lubricant (fig. 63).
Unscrew the cover of the filling connection and fill up the pump until the max. level. Screw on the cover again.
The pump can also be filled via the installed hand lever grease gun (fig. 65). The grease gun must be prepared to
avoid air inclusions. For this purpose, press out about 10 mm of lubricant (fig. 66).
Pull off the cap from the lubricating nipple and fill up the pump until max. level. Put the cap on again.
