Exchange of proximity switch
Check the function:
Check the function of the proximity switch = NS. Activate the pump and check if the orange LED at the proximity
switch flashes (fig. 72). If not readjust the reacting distance.
Readjustment of reacting distance:
Loosen the counter nut of the proximity switch and carefully screw in the proximity switch until stop. Then screw
out the proximity switch by 1/4 turn, so that the reacting distance is about 1,8 mm. Tighten the counter nut to
secure the proximity switch. Then check the function of the switch.
Perhaps the proximity switch has to be set anew or the proximity switch is defective and must be exchanged.
Exchange of proximity switch:

Exchange the defective proximity switch and
proceed as described in readjustment of reacting
distance.
After the readjustment or after installation of the
proximity switch, check the function of the complete
pump.

Exchange distributor of a central lubrication pump with installed distributor
Demount lube point line of progressive distributor. Loosen the screw and pull out the distributor. Insert a new
distributor with sealing ring and observe the position of the reservoir feedback. Fasten the distributor at the pump
element by means of the screw and observe the according torque (fig. 71).
Ventilate the distributor and fasten the lubrication pinion line at the outlets.
