Control unit

5.3.1
General
The following actuation types can be selected by means of a diagnosis device:
A) Time control
B) Pulse control
C) Speed control
D) Pulse cycle control
Automatic start of lubrication intervals:
The central lubrication pump starts automatically a cycle time if adjustable intervals are selected. Each cycle time
consists of a lubrication time and a puls off time (fig. 38). The lubrication time is the time when the lubrication is
active; this means a set time, or set strokes at the distributor or the turns of the pump are to be processed. The
green LED in the control unit window glows as long as the lubrication is active (fig. 39).

5.3.2
Collective fault signal
The central lubrication pump with integrated control unit is equipped with the collective fault signal function.
If there is a system error, the external lamp glows permanent. The signal of the collective fault is active if there is
a problem.
The malfunction signal is automatically reset if the error is solved or the cycle time is restarted via the
intermediate lubrication.
