Repair
If you recognise an error during the maintenance of the pump, you can read in this chapter how to proceed.
9.1
The central lubrication pump does not operate
9.1.1
Central lubrication pump without control unit:
The pump does not operate. The lubrication process can not be finished properly.
Electric line is defect. Replace the cable as described under item 7.
The motor of the central lubrication pump is defect. Replace the central lubrication pump and send the pump in
for being repaired.
After installation of the central lubrication pump, check the correct function of the pump.
9.1.2
Central lubrication pump with control unit:
The central lubrication pump does not start automatically after the set cycle time and can not be started with the
intermediate lubrication button. After the set monitoring time, the pump shows a pulse error but there is no error
as described in the operating manual.
Electric line defective. Exchange the lines, proceed as described under item 7.
The motor of the lubrication pump is defective, replace the pump and send it in for being repaired.
The control unit is defective, the red LED in the control unit window flashes and the signal lamp of the collective
fault signal glows. Replace the pump and send it in for being repaired.
After installation of the pump, check the correct function of the central lubrication pump.
