LCD Cushion Installation

Note: 

These instruction are for pumps that exhibit blanking displays. Cushions are 
installed on the inside of the case to keep the case interior from touching the 
LCD.

Turn off the pump and make sure it is disconnected from AC power.

2.

Separate the front and rear housings (“Separation of Front and Rear 
Housings” on page 8-5).

Note: 

Carefully lift and remove the pump head wire assemblies on the CPU board if 
they are routed between the hybrid circuits, HIC301 and HIC302.

3.

Remove the circuit boards from the case (“Separation of Printed Circuit 
Boards” on page 8-7).

Note: 

It is not necessary to disconnect CN201 and CN803. the CPU/Display board 
assembly can be placed beside Pump 1.
