Auto:
Only with the option Aud/Vid Aux input and Main scrambled/Aux unscrambled there is
the possibility to switch automatically to the auxiliary input when Main video is lost.
Modulation Selection Buttons
The modulation selection buttons are used to change the modulation parameters.
Video:
To change the video modulation depth of the vision carrier.
Audio:
To change the audio deviation of the sound carriers.
Settings Selection Buttons
The settings selection buttons are used to enter some important modulator settings.
Freq:
Channelized P

: to enter the name of the modulator.
Agile P

: to set the frequency and enter the name of the modulator
Level:
To set all the levels of the P
ULSAR
e.g. RF output level, S/V ratio etc.
Mode:
To set a number of settings concerning the video and sound processing.
System Selection Buttons
The system selection buttons are mainly used to configure the unit.

To enter the configuration settings of the P

Status:
Red blinking means that there is an alarm and/or error detected. Pushing this button will
list all the alarms and/or errors. This button remains red until all alarms and errors have
been canceled.
Lock:
To set the P
ULSAR
in the lock mode: all the menus are immediately locked. If the
P
ULSAR
is not used, it will go automatically in LOCK mode after 10 minutes to
save power.
