6.12.1 ISDU parameter stroke counter range
3 zones/ranges can be defined within the measuring
range, within which the target triggers counter events.
Use Index 0x020D to select the counter range (1...3).
6.12.2 ISDU parameter Stroke counter x
Configuration
In the configuration field you can use the parameters
Position value
(PW) and
Symmetrical span
(SP) to specify
the range.
Using the mode you can enable or disable the associated
stroke counter.
The values within the configuration can be both read and
directly written.
Permissible values:
Position value (PW): 150…16850
Span (SP): 150…2500
If the resulting ranges do not lie within the
measuring range, an error is returned.
6.12.3 IISDU parameter Stroke counter x Counter
values
Counter values are set by the user in each range which the
user can program (Custom Operating/Total Operating).
The user can only reset the Custom Operating counter
after a maintenance cycle (see Section 6.13.3).

position
Using system command 0xB6 you can save the position
value of the target as a position value for the selected
stroke counter (1...3).
6.13.2 Reset stroke counter configuration
Using system command 0xB7 you can set the standard
values for the position (8500) and the span (500) for the
selected stroke counter configuration (1...3).
In the default setting all stroke counters are disabled.
6.13.3 Resetting the maintenance parameters
Each stroke counter range has an associated counter for
the counter events as maintenance information.
The counter values cannot be individually reset but rather
only together using system command 0xA5.
The following values apply to the stroke counters:
All stroke counters (Custom Operating) are reset to 0.
All stroke counters (Total Operating) are stored in non-
volatile memory using the current state.
