2. The Channel Settings menu allows the user to set up the selected channel for measurement.

DIRECTION selects
source or
measure for the selected function.
•
FUNCTION selects the channel function required (e.g. Current or Voltage). For more
options scroll down the menu by swiping the display from bottom to top. Each channel
will have a different list of functions available which is unique to the channel type e.g.
Electrical channels CH1 and CH2 will not have any pressure related functions and
Pressure channels P1 and P2 will not have any electrical functions.

UNITS selects the type of measurement unit required (e.g. Hz, kHz). The unit options
available to select will depend on the function selected. Please note that there may only
be one type of unit available in particular functions (e.g. mA for current).

UTILITY selects the required function utility. Refer to Section
3.5 for details.
•
CAPTION allows the user to change the caption or label of the channel, if required.
Caption is the title text that appears next to the channel and direction icon at the top of
each channel window.
