Remove carefully the object that caused the laceration using a nail, a pocketknife or similar. If the tyre is
damaged or widely lacerated, replace it.
If it is necessary, remove the tyre:
1.
Remove completely the old tyre from the rim.
2.
Mount the new tyre with a side on the rim. You should pay attention that the arrow on the tyre matches the
driving direction.
If it is not necessary to replace the tyre:
1.
Inflate the new inner tube to shape it up.
2.
Insert the valve through the appropriate hole in the rim. The valve must face the centre of the wheel.
3.
Push the tyre inside the rim in correspondence of the valve.
4.
Push the external sides of the tyre inside the rim at the same time along the whole the perimeter, starting from
the valve.
5.
In the point opposite to the valve, the strength necessary to insert the tyre increases. Therefore, you will need a
tyre-changer lever, paying attention not to damage the inner tube.
6.
Inflate the inner tube.
7.
Move the tyre back and forth, perpendicularly to the driving direction. Verify that the tyre is equally inserted
inside the rim and the inner tube is not visible.
8.
Inflate the tyre to the pressure indicated.
9.
Mount the wheel group as described in section 12.1.2.
10.
Check your tyre. See section 5.5.2.2.

BAD-BIKE are guaranteed up to 7 years as described below:

Chassis - 7 years in case of natural breaking.

Batteries - 2 years as described below:
Full coverage for the first six months, 50% of price coverage from the 7

to the 12

month, 30% of price coverage
from the 13

to the 18
th
month, 15% of price coverage from the 19
th
to the 24
th
month.

Control unit, Display, P.A.S, Engine, Charger - 1 year from the purchase only if no water contact is found. This
condition nullifies the guarantee. The charger is also guaranteed for 12 months, paying attention to keep it in a
dry and ventilated place, far from heat sources. The guarantee is not applicable in case of electric overvoltage.

Mechanical parts - 2 years from the purchase on pedals, handlebar, seat, etc. with the condition that no improper
usage of the Bicycle is found.
●
Excluded from the guarantee: wheel spokes.
