RISK OF FALLING AND ACCIDENTS
Riding with a lowered kickstand can cause serious falling. The same applies if the kickstand lowers
suddenly during the riding.
A bent, too short or too long kickstand does not ensure the stability of the Bicycle.
The Bicycle may fall hurting you or other people.
The Bicycle and other near objects, like other bicycles, cars, etc., may be damaged.
●
Always remember to lift the kickstand before start pedalling.
●
Repair or replace the kickstand if it is bent.
●
For length-adjustable kickstands:
if the Bicycle appears instable, have your kickstand adjust in a specialised garage.
1.
Visually inspect the bolts on the kickstand.
2.
Before start pedalling, lift the kickstand. The kickstand must not lower suddenly.
3.
Touch the kickstand arm lightly downward. The kickstand must not move.
4.
For length-adjustable kickstands:
using your hands, check that the extractable part stays in place.
