14.3 Chassis, seat tube and suspension
ATTENTION
RISK OF FALLING AND ACCIDENTS
Damages or defects in the chassis or in the suspensions may cause dangerous driving situations,
falling, accidents and damages to objects.

If you experience any anomaly contact your Official Dealer.

Use your Bicycle again only after an appropriate repairing made by your Official Dealer.
Breakdown
Possible cause(s)
Repair
Noises: squeaks, bangs, dragging or
other.
Damaged chassis, seatpost and/or
suspensions.
Contact a garage immediately.
The seat tube slips or turns into the
chassis.
Loosen clamp.
Check-up and increased clamping
strength.
The seat tube diameter is too small.
Mount a seat tube of proper
diameter.
Unusual suspension behaviour.
Suspensions not regulated.
Regulate it correctly according to
the attached components’
instruction manual.
Blocked suspension.
Loosen the block.
Incorrect suspension behaviour
despite correct regulation.
Damaged suspension.
Contact a garage immediately.
You are not able to block the
amortised fork.
Defective triggering mechanism.
Contact a garage immediately.
14.4 Luggage carrier and lights

Loosen rain flap or luggage carrier
parts.
Contact a garage immediately.
Partially or totally out of order lights.
Burn out light components (light
bulbs, LED).
Replace the components. To do so,
contact a garage immediately.
Damaged wires.
Contact a garage immediately.
Defective dynamo.
