RTC ACTIVATION BY A CALL FROM THE CONTROL PANEL
It is possible to activate the RTC function during an alarm telephone communication, by pressing
key (7)
after the two-tone signal. Subsequently,
the control panel will reply - ENTER CODE -. Now follow the indications shown in the paragraph below.
USER RTC ACTIVATION
1.
Compose, using a telephone in DTMF (multifrequency or “tones”), the telephone number where the control panel
CAPTURE
is installed.
2.
Upon reaching of the number of “Reply Rings” set for PSTN calls and at first ring for GSM, a synthesized voice will say - ENTER CODE -.
•
For calls through PSTN ,
if an
answering machine
is included, the overlapping can be activated
:
a. Compose the telephone number and let it ring once.
b. Put the receiver back and call again,
at least after 8 seconds and not after 20 seconds from the first ring
.
c. The control panel will reply at first ring, - ENTER CODE -, or, only on GSM channel, “ENTER COMMAND” if the recognition of incoming
number procedure is enabled.
3.
Slowly enter the User Code, which must be enabled for RTC functions; a synthesized voice will say - WELCOME TO THE REMOTE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM -; followed by - LIST AVAILABLE COMMANDS -

The various functions can now be activated.
DTMF Commands
The commands are directly activated by pressing the keys on the telephone keypad. The DTMF commands described below are active or not,
depending on the profile to which the user is associated.
ATTENTION:
there is an interdiction time of two minutes between an RTC call and the subsequent one that doubles if the code inserted in the
previous call is incorrect.

[0] OFF ZONE:
activates the possibility of excluding/including the input zones of the control panel from n. 1 to n. 32.

listen to the events memory

TEL OFF:
causes the total loss of the telephone communication

[4]
TEL OFF:
causes the interruption of single telephone communication

causes the disarming of the control panel - CONTROL PANEL DISARMED -

[6] O.C.:
activates the possibility of controlling the Open Collector outputs from n. 1 to n. 250; activates only the
O.C. programmed as “
O.C.User/Sect
” by users enabled to the function “
Enab. OC User
”.

supplies information on the state of the control panel.

[9] ON:
causes the arming of the control panel in modality ON - CONTROL PANEL ARMED ON -

[#] ENTER:
it is pressed to confirm a data introduced by the keypad.

] STOP:
it is pressed to interrupt a function (ex: the list of the events memory).
RTC USER with recognition of incoming number
This function enables the caller to communicate directly without having to enter the User code; active only for calls on GSM channel, therefore
the XGSM or XGSM485 is necessary. This function happens only if during programming the telephone number from which the RTC operation is
associated to a User enabled for RTC and to automatic “RTC validation”.

Activates the deletion of all messages

Goes back by one or more recorded messages

Enables reprogramming with XWIN through the GSM line of Central

It is the confirmation command without which many of the other commands are not carried out
