Before you begin
• Ensure that the feature is activated by the administrator. Contact your administrator for
details.
• Get the following details from your administrator:
- User name
- Password
- Domain name
Procedure
1. Press

Exchange credentials

.
5. Type the following details:
•
Exchange username
: Enter your email ID.
•
Exchange password
: Enter your password.
•
Exchange domain
: Enter the domain name, for example,
avaya.com
.

To enable or disable
Name/Password Prompt
, do one of the following:
•
Toggle
: To enable or disable the prompt.
• The
Right Arrow
key: To enable the prompt.
• The
Left Arrow
key: To disable the prompt.
7. Press
Save
.
Reviewing your Calendar event
About this task
Use this procedure to view your calendar appointments. You can set the
Enable Exchange
Calendar
and
Enable Reminder
option to
Yes
to get a pop-up reminder of your upcoming
calendar appointments.
