Configuring the columns
To specify which columns are to be displayed, perform the following steps:
1.
Select
Columns
either from the
View
menu or from the pop-up
menu (right-click on mailbox folder). A window appears.
2.
You see two lists:
Lists
Explanation
Available
columns
The Available columns list shows all the
columns that are available for the
relevant mailbox folder.
Selected
columns
The Selected columns list shows all the
columns that are displayed for the
relevant mailbox folder.
3.
To move a column from one list to the other, select the column
then click on the relevant arrow.
4.
In the
Selected columns
list you can determine the order in which
the columns are displayed by moving the individual columns
up
or
down
using the corresponding button.
5.
To save your settings, click on
OK
.
