Transmission job status (Outbox folder only)

The table below explains the meaning of the icons used to indicate the status of
transmission jobs.

Icon

Color

Transmission job status

Green Successful

Red Error

occurred

Yellow Active/being

processed

Orange Waiting/previously

attempted

Blue Stopped

Displays

Proceed as follows to see the transmission job status:

Click on the

Outbox

folder.

A colored LED is displayed in the

Status (Icon)

column.

The color of the LED indicates the status of the transmission job.

You can use the following icons when you create a new email. You can format
the text of the document any way you want it.
