The new messages will be played back in sequence.
With playback you have the following options:
- Advance to the next message.
- During message playback, return to the beginning.
- Before message playback (announcement of message number), return to
previous message.
Deleting messages
During playback you can delete the current message by pressing [Clear] or the
key.
To delete all messages:
Open
[TAM] , select [Del All Old Msg] and press [OK] .
Answer the subsequent confirmation prompt with
[Yes]
.
Recording a memo
Open
[TAM]
, select
[Record Memo]
and press
[OK]
.
Record the memo and then press [OK] .
Please note : A memo will be treated like a normal message.
CareMemo
A CareMemo is an answering machine function which plays back a recorded message at a
specific time over the base station loudspeaker.
