Switching between two call partners (brokering)
During an external call you have accepted a second external call or another call partner
has called.
You can now switch back and forth between two external call partners.
You are conducting an external call and “holding” a second call.
Press
[Option]
and choose
[Brokering]
. You will be connected each time with the
other participant.
Ending the active call
You are switching between calls with two external call partners and would like to end the
conversation with the “active” call partner.
Press the
End Call key
. The active call will be terminated. You will then receive a
recall from the other call partner.
Please note
: When you are switching between two external call partners, you can
include the “on hold” call partner in a three-way conference call (see page 48).
Similarly, you can also switch back and forth between an internal and an external call
partner, starting from the “internal enquiry call” state (brokering).
