IF THE OIL HEATS:
- pressure limiter adjusted too low
- type of oil incorrect
- component damaged
Solutions:
◘
Check the adjustment of the pressure limiter with a pressure gauge and adjust the pressure if
necessary.
◘ The oil type is incorrect, empty and fill with the recommended oil. Please refer to the
"Lubrication" Section.
◘ Check the sound running of the components.
IF THE OIL FOAMS:
-
air intake in the suction circuit between the tank and the pump
- type of oil incorrect
- oil level too low
Solutions:
◘ There is an air intake in the suction circuit between the tank and one of the pumps, tighten all the
connections, examine the condition of the O ring of the flange.
◘ The oil type is incorrect, empty, and fill with the recommended oil.
Please refer to the
"Lubrication" Section.
◘ The oil level is too low, fill up to the correct level.
IF A PUMP DOES NOT DELIVER FLUID:
- fluid in the tank is too low
- pump inlet hose is clogged or crushed
- air intake on the pump
- dirt in the pump
- viscosity of the fluid too high
- parts broken or worn inside the pump
Solutions:
◘ The level in the tank is too low, check the level again with fluid of correct type and grade. Please
refer to the "Lubrication" section.
◘ The pump inlet hose is clogged, dismantle and clean, and replace if necessary.
◘ There is an air intake in the suction circuit on one of the pumps, locate and repair the leak.
◘ There is a dirt in the pump, dismantle and clean the pump. Check the circuit and the oil level, top
up if needed.
◘ The viscosity of the fluid is too high, check the manufacturer’s recommendations and replace if
necessary.
◘ A part is broken or worn inside the pump, change the pump.
