ON THE DRIVING
COMPONENTS, THE TOWING
DISTANCES MUST BE SHORT WITH
A VERY SLOW SPEED.

TOWING SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT
ONLY IF THE MACHINE IS FULLY
FOLDED.
3.5. TRANSPORT OF THE AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
3.5.1 DISPLACEMENT ON AN INCLINED PLANE
So as to avoid any risk of accident when negotiating a slope, it is first of all essential that the
latter be less than 20%. Then, the aerial work platform must be in folded position,
in slow speed
or “negotiating a slope” speed , and the basket must always be on the lower side as compared
to the slope.
3.5.2 USE OF AN ELEVATING TAILGATE
3.5.3 FORK POSITIONNING WITH POWER LIFT TRUCK
It is essential to scrupulously follow the instructions for fork positioning,
for fear of tipping up the aerial work platform.

It is possible to tow or drag the machine.
3.5.4 TOWING THE AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
Use as a priority a suitable tractor to remove the platform. Then use the
rings designed on the chassis as anchor points for fear of damaging the
machine structure. Check that the aerial work platform is on horizontal
ground and bearing surface to carry out unlocking of both the brakes
and varying speed gear-motor (see also paragraph 3.2.)
