PROBLEM WHICH HAS CAUSED THE
EMERGENCY STOP.
3.4.3 CONDITION OF THE WHEELS
Check the sound general state of the pneumatic tyre: absence of cuts, incrustation of bodies in the
rubber, tear or abnormal wear. Be sure that all the screws and nuts are perfectly tightened.
3.4.4 HYDRAULIC TANK
Check the level of the hydraulic fluid in the tank with the level indicator
situated on the left hand side of the machine.
Check the levels only in low machine position

3.4.5 TILT SENSOR
- Place the machine on a slope of more than 5°.
- The alarm buzzer, located in the lower electrical box, must be audible.
- The red LED of tilt alarm must be lit.
- The second speed must be activated.
- This indicates that it is working correctly.
3.4.6 CHAIN SLACK DETECTOR
- NB -
The following control operations must be carried out on each
of the sensors placed on each chain level.
- position a shim between the actuator and the sensor so as to
activate the latter.
- check that no emergency stop is activated.
- the red indicator placed on the upper control box corresponding
to the overload must be lit.
- the buzzer must ring.
- the DOWN movement of the mast must be stopped.
- all the other movements must function normally.
3.4.7 OVERLOAD DETECTOR
- deposit a mass of more than 200kg in the basket (230kg maximum).
- check that no emergency stop is activated.
- the red indicator placed on the upper control box corresponding to the overload must be lit.
- the buzzer must ring.
- all the movements must be stopped.
EMERGENCY STOP
- At the time of a serious incident, press on the
emergency stop.
- Eliminate the incident.
- Pull the emergency stop switch to re-establish the
electrical feed supply of the machine (1/4 turn).
