This manual includes the main safety rules as well as the important information in relation to the
operation of
elevating platforms, models.
DESCRIPTION OF THE AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
This aerial lift is of the self-propelled type with a mechanically-welded steel chassis. Displacement
is ensured by two hydraulic motors. The steering is ensured by a hydraulic cylinder. The motor-
driven pump unit supplies the hydraulic power to feed the functions of the platform. The electric
energy is supplied by a battery tray where full voltage is 24 Volts.
In working mode, the platform can only be displaced on compacted and horizontal ground , free
of any obstacle . The wheels must be in permanent contact with the ground. The load must be
spread over the aerial work platform, and must not exceed the nominal load fixed by the
manufacturer whatever the position of the cages or the arm. The maximum nominal load is
indicated on the machine manufacturer plate.
ON DELIVERY ...
You must immediately carry out an overall check on aspects that might appear suspect or
abnormal.
Carry out each of the following controls:
- Validation pedal
- Emergency stop(s)
- Control joystick for translation and direction of the wheels
- UP/DOWN control lever of the arm
- UP/DOWN control lever of the mast
- Control lever for rotation of the turret
- Speed change control
- Movement selector
