11.3 Hardware Error
At argus electronic gmbh quality is the primary objective!
As with any other technical device it cannot be completely ruled out that the PTMSO may be
damaged at some point or that errors may occur that negatively affect the function of the
devices.
If one of the devices does not work anymore (cannot be switched on, does not provide
measurement data, the status flags in the log or after the system test indicate hardware errors,
etc.) try a hardware reset first.
To do this, touch the device at the marked position with the magnetic pen for about 6 seconds
(until all LEDs go out) and then remove it again. The device then performs the reset and
restarts.
If it does not restart, try switching it on as usual with the magnetic pen.
Then repeat the procedure in which the error originally occurred (if the system was currently
active, a complete restart of the system is of course necessary).
If the same problem occurs again and the system is currently in active use, you should replace
the device with another one if possible (see
