8 System Control and Behavior
This chapter describes in detail the typical behavior of the activated system in the different
measuring modes. The possibilities for controlling the system are also explained.
8.1 Control Panel
8.1.1 General
8.1.1.1 Waking up the Devices
If the system is active, the BLE of the TMSO.CU is deactivated. If you want to reconnect with
your mobile phone the central unit must be woken up.
To do this, open the cover of the device and touch the mark on the front panel with the
designation
SWITCH
with the magnetic pen.
Hold the magnetic pen there until the
CON-LED
lights up (approx. 1 second) and then remove
it again.
As soon as the LED starts flashing, the BLE is active and ready to connect to your mobile
phone. The operating status of the device is not affected by this.
NOTE!
The Internet connection always has priority. See also 8.2.1.1Priorities for Connections.
8.1.2 Wind Reaction Measurement (WRM / WRMS)
8.1.2.1 Setting a Measuring Plan
While the system is active, it will spend most of its time in energy-saving sleep mode. Only
when the period of a set measuring plan is reached it does switch to measuring mode and
records measuring data.
There are 2 possibilities to set a measuring plan:
I.
You set the measurement plan on site via the TMSO.App and the BLE connection to
the TMSO.CU.
To do this, you have to wake up the TMSO.CU (
) and
then proceed as described in
7.6.1Establish connection to the TMSO.CU
7.6.4(optional) Setting a Measuring Plan
II.
Set the measurement plan online via the TMS.Software.
See chapter
4.6.2.6 in the TMS.Software manual
.
8.1.3 Construction Site Monitoring (CSM)
Available via future firmware update.
