ON/OFF (Remote Inhibit).
Mode 0: Switch/relay contacts or a direct short
between this terminal and ISO RTN (pin 10) will turn
off the power supply.
Mode 1: A logic high or a disconnect between this
terminal and ISO RTN (pin 10) will turn off the power
supply.
The mode can be set over the RS232C or GPIB bus
using the SYST:CONF command and retained at
power on using the SYST:SAVE command.
