Control settings
The control settings define the control model as well as the manual increasing and decreasing
commands from the HMI. The timing controls are here as well.

Tap settings
The tap settings define the tap changer equipment properties and the connection for position
indication to the regulator. The tap settings also include indicators and measurements.

coded inputs" and "Binary coded inputs" options refer to
