ENGINE 3 - 60 MOTOR
PISTON-CYLINDER CLEARANCE
As a result of the above measurement, check that
the piston to cylinder clearance does not exceed
the limit shown below.
Service limit: 0,120 mm
JUEGO ENTRE EL PISTON Y EL CILINDRO
Después de haber medido lo anterior, hay que ve-
rificar que el juego entre el pistón y el cilindro no
supere el valor indicado.
Juego máximo: 0,120 mm
PISTON PIN BORE
Using a caliper gauge, measure the piston pin bore
inside diameter.
If reading exceeds the following service limit, re-
place the piston with a new one.
Service limit: 16,036 mm
PISTON PIN OUTSIDE DIAMETER
Using a micrometer, measure the piston pin outsi-
de diameter at the three positions indicated.
Service limit: 15,980 mm
PISTON RINGS
PISTON RING END GAP
Check each ring for cutting clearance, reading the
gap with a thickness gauge as shown in the illu-
stration. If the cutting clearance is found to exceed
the limit, indicated below, replace it with a new
one.
The cutting clearance of each ring is to be measu-
red with the ring fitted squarely into the cylinder
bore and held at the least worn part near the cylin-
der bottom, as shown in the illustration.
Service limit: 0,70 mm
DIAMETRO DEL ALOJAMIENTO DEL PASADOR
DEL PISTON
Usando una galga para orificios, medir el diámetro
interior del alojamiento del pasador.
Si el valor supera el límite indicado, hay que subs-
tituir el pistón con uno nuevo.
Valor máximo: 16,036 mm
DIAMETRO EXTERIOR DEL PASADOR DEL
PISTON
Con un micrómetro, medir el diámetro del pasador
en las tres posiciones indicadas.
Valor máximo: 15,980 mm
SEGMENTOS DEL PISTON
JUEGO EN EL CORTE DEL SEGMENTO
MONTADO
Con un calibre de espesor, verificar el juego en el
corte de cada uno de los segmentos montados, co-
mo se muestra en la figura. Si el valor supera el lí-
mite indicado, hay que substituir el segmento con
uno nuevo. El juego en el corte de cada segmento
tiene que ser medido ortogonalmente con el seg-
mento dentro del cilindro en la parte menos des-
gastada de su base, como se muestra en la figura.
