◆ Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete.
◆
Ponga el interruptor de encendido en
“ ”.
◆ Saque el sillín piloto, véase pág. 9-105 (DESMONTA-
JE SILLIN PILOTO).
◆ Extraiga el sillín pasajero, véase pág. 9-105 (DES-
MONTAJE SILLIN PASAJERO).
◆ Desconecte el conector eléctrico (1).
Durante la instalación asegúrese del correcto
acoplamiento del conector eléctrico.

Destornille y quite el tornillo superior (2) y guarde la
tuerca que está debajo.
◆
★
Destornille y quite el tornillo lateral (3).
Maneje con cuidado los componentes pinta-
dos para no rayarlos o dañarlos.
◆ Extraiga la cola (4) completa de faro trasero, vano por-
ta-herramientas y porta-matrícula.

◆ Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete.
◆ Extraiga el colín, véase arriba (DESMONTAJE DEL
COLÍN).
En el lado izquierdo del vehículo la tuerca (5)
no está presente.
◆ Mantenga bloqueada la tuerca interior (5).
◆ Destornille y quite el tornillo (6).
Par de apriete tornillo (6): 5 Nm (0,5 Kgm).
◆ Guarde la tuerca (5) y el casquillo (7).
◆ Desplace moderadamente hacia el exterior la parte
delantera del carenado trasero y provisionalmente in-
troduzca en sede el tornillo (6) y enrosque la tuerca
(5).
◆ Mantenga bloqueada la tuerca interior (8).
◆ Destornille y quite el tornillo (9).
Par de apriete tornillo (9): 5 Nm (0,5 Kgm).
◆ Guarde la tuerca (8) y el casquillo (10).
Maneje con cuidado los componentes pinta-
dos para no rayarlos o dañarlos.
◆ Extraiga el carenado trasero (11).

◆ Position the vehicle on the stand.
◆ Unscrew and remove the four screws “ ”.
◆ Remove the rider saddle, see p. 9-105 (REMOVING
THE RIDER SADDLE).
◆ Remove the passenger seat, see p. 9-105 (REMOV-
ING THE PASSENGER SEAT).
◆ Disconnect the electric connector (1).
Upon reassembly, make sure that the electric
connector (6) is correctly coupled.

Unscrew and remove the upper screw (2) and take
the nut positioned under it.
◆
★
Unscrew and remove the side screw (3).
Handle the painted components with care and
avoid scraping or damaging them.
◆ Remove the rear part of the fairing (4) complete with
rear light, glove compartment and number-plate holder.

◆ Position the vehicle on the stand.
◆ Remove the rear part of the fairing, see above (RE-
MOVING THE REAR PART OF THE FAIRING).
The nut (5) is not present on the left side of the
vehicle.
◆ Keep the inner nut (5) in its position.
◆ Unscrew and remove the screw (6).
Screw (6) driving torque: 5 Nm (0.5 Kgm).
◆ Take the nut (5) and the bushing (7).
◆ Shift the front part of the rear fairing moderately to-
wards the outside and temporarily insert the screw (6)
in its seat and tighten the nut (5).
◆ Keep the inner nut (8) in its position.
◆ Unscrew and remove the screw (9).
Screw (9) driving torque: 5 Nm (0.5 Kgm).
◆ Take the nut (8) and the bushing (10).
Handle the painted components with care and
avoid scraping or damaging them.
◆ Remove the rear fairing (11).
