Setting Up the Bluetooth Interferer

The MT8850A/MT8852A can be set up to perform the functionality of a Bluetooth interferer
as defined in the Bluetooth RF test specification. This functionality allows the user to
reduce overheads by removing the need to purchase expensive digital signal generators.

1. Press

the

hard key.

2. Choose

“MT8850A/MT8852A”.

3. Press

the

key.

4.

Choose “Signal generator”.

5. Press

the

key.

The MT8850A/MT8852A Signal generator screen is displayed.

6.

Move the cursor to Pattern and press the

key until the display changes to

“PRBS15”.
