Initial Carrier Test Results
1. Choose “Init carrier” from the Script menu.
2. Press the [Results] soft key.
The Initial carrier results screens are displayed.
Definition of test results
Offset Displays the initial frequency error of the last packet measured.
Average offset Displays the average value of all initial frequency offset measurements
made in the test.
Max +ve offset Displays the frequency error of the single packet that had the greatest
positive error of all those measured.
Max -ve offset Displays the frequency error of the single packet that had the greatest
negative error of all those measured.
3. Press the [Extended] soft key to display more detailed test results. As opposed to
the summary screen shown above, the extended screens are specific to each of the
test scenarios. For example, if a test is performed at high, medium, and low
frequencies, with hopping both on and off, there would be six extended screens. An
example of the first extended screen for the initial carrier test is shown below.
4. Page through the extended screens with the soft key in the normal manner, or press
the [Summary] soft key to revert to the initial summary page.
