Message Priorities
1) MESSAGE PRIORITIES
All status messages are mutually exclusive for example:
“Making connection”
“Connection made”
Script running”
Depending on the use of instrument, more than one message type can be displayed.
For example, the messages “Null packets mode” and “Script running” may be displayed
alternately:
On loss of connection, “Null packets mode” and “Connection lost” will be displayed:
Some message such as “>Error! < minimum value is ------“ are displayed for a short period
(2 seconds).
The safety message is exception to above set of rules. It has the highest priority, over
riding any current messages. Example of safety message:
“SYSTEM SHUTTING DOWN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE EXCEEDED”
