This section explains the preparations and safety procedures that should be performed
before using the MS8608A/MS8609A Digital Mobile Radio Transmitter Tester. The
safety procedures are to prevent the risk of injury to the operator and damage to the
equipment. Insure that you understand the contents of the pre-operation preparations
before using the MS8608A/MS8609A.
