Set the signal generator output level to approximately –10 to –20 dBm.

Connect the 69269A output to the MS8608A/MS8609A RF Input.
4 Set the MS8608A/MS8609A as shown below:

Center Freq .......................................... 1000 MHz
5 Set the 69269A output frequency to the f

frequency (999.992 MHz) shown in the table on the
next page.
6 Adjust the 69269A output frequency to set the spectrum peak at the 1st division from the left
end of the screen scale.
