3. If points 1. and 2. are met but the issue still exists, then the height of the first layer is incorrect. Go through
theZ AXIS CALIBRATION(https://support.anisoprint.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php#z-axis-calibration)
procedure, p. 7.5
11.2. Plastic is not extruded from the nozzle
1. Check whether the plastic is correctly loaded in the feeder; whether plastic filament comes to the print
head.
2. Check that the temperature of the extruder meets the recommended processing temperature of the
plastic.
3. If points 1. and 2. are met, then the nozzle is clogged. Go through the PLASTIC NOZZLE
CLEANING(https://support.anisoprint.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php#plastic-nozzle-cleaning)
procedure, p. 8.2; or PLASTIC NOZZLE REPLACEMENT(https://support.anisoprint.com/wp-admin/admin-

procedure, p. 8.1.
11.3. Fiber is not extruded from the nozzle
1. Check whether the fiber is correctly loaded in the feeder. Whether the fiber comes to the print head.
2. Check whether the temperature of the composite extruder corresponds to the temperature of the plastic
processing for the fiber.
3. If points 1. and 2. are met, then the fiber is clogged. See FIBER IS CLOGGED INSIDE THE COMPOSITE
EXTRUDER, p. ?????.
11.4. Strings and poor surface quality of printed part
There are some issues that may cause poor quality of the final part, including plastic under-extrusion, plastic
stringing etc.
1. Check whether the plastic was dried before printing. Most plastics tend to absorb moisture that affects the
quality of the printed part. Dry plastics in accordance with the material specification if required.
2. Check the nozzle surface cleanliness. Clean the nozzle by brass brush from the tool kit if required (see
