Manifest.xma can not be found
.
An error occurs when sending a file
to a G4 panel.
• Manifest.xma is the file that contains the listing for all the files. If you
see this error again, before attempting to send the file, uncheck the
Smart Transfer box. It may be necessary do a Full Clean.
When using the ^MPS command
,
the PS2 and USB mice are passed
through but not the touch from the
actual panel. The touch of the panel
is not passed to the PC, so I do not
have PC control from the touch
panel.
• The ^MPS command is suppose to pass
ALL
mouse activity out one
of the input cards for PC control.
• To resolve the issue:
On the video window button's properties, you must select YES for
the Video Pass-Through to have the touch on the panel connected to
the TPI/4 to pass through with the ^MPS command.
This feature is set On or Off in TPD4 for the state of a page or button
when it uses a video input for a background.
• The ^MPS command will not pass through the touch from the panel to
the input card with this feature set to NO.
The video pages appear blank
upon TPI/4 restart.
• If the TPI/4 is powered off, any preset TPD4 Video and RGB pages
could need to be reset.
• If any of the Video pages use an S-Video input, the Input field could
require a toggle. The default input type is Composite and a simple
toggle of the on-screen Input field choices to S-Video could be
necessary to restore the image.
When using G4 WebControl to
communicate with a target TPI/4
, a
VNC Server dialog appears on my
screen.
• During a WebControl connection to a target TPI/4 you are prompted
with a G4 Authentication dialog which asks you to enter the assigned
password for the TPI/4 (before gaining access).
• If you are ever prompted with a VNC Server dialog, you must enter
the IP Address of the target panel. This can be found within the
Setup
>
Protected Setup
> System Connection page.
- This IP Address of the TPI/4 appears within the IP Settings
section of this page
• Enter the IP Address and click
OK
. You will then be prompted with
the G4 Authentication popup where you must enter the TPI/4’s
WebControl password.
Video Pass-Thru feature for
a button - set in TPD4
