If the building has a basement, use a stone caisson
to prevent condensation from damaging the building.
Otherwise, the stone caisson can be positioned di-
rectly under the heat pump.
The outlet of the condensation water drainage pipe
must be at a depth that is frost-free.
• The outlet of the condensation water drainage
pipe must be at a depth that is frost-free.
• Route the pipe downward from the air/water heat
pump.
• The condensation water drainage pipe must have
a siphon to prevent air circulation in the pipe.
• The installation length can be adjusted by the size
of the siphon.
Drain into the gutter
