Configure Switch Features

   Chapter 3

On each downlink port of the RedBox that connects to an end device, 
enable PortFast.
a. From the Configure menu, choose STP.
b. Click the PortFast tab.
c. In the Per-Interface Port Fast Table, check Enable Port Fast next to 

each port that connects to an end device.

IMPORTANT

Certain Smartport roles automatically enable PortFast. If the port is 
configured for one of these Smartport roles, you do not need to 
manually enable PortFast:
