Typical connection
- A primary isolation valve V1 between the ATH and
the roughing pump;
- a secondary isolation valve
V2 between the ATH and
the chamber to be pumped;
- a relay
K1 , their contacts drive the valve V1 and the
primary pump power supply;
- the thermostatic option.
