OPERATION INSTRUCTION

I.

Start-up and shutdown instructions

To ensure the safety of users, the treadmill must be connected to a grounded electrical outlet

when the machine is in operation.

1/.  Connect  the treadmill  to  a 220V/50Hz power source and turn on the power switch (the light

turns red). The treadmill's power switch is located next to the power cord on the left side of the
chassis under the motor cover. Turn this switch to ―O‖ position to turn on the treadmill.

2/.  The safety  key is designed to  cut off the main  power to  the treadmill if  you fall  out. Before

exercising, please put the safety key in right place on the control panel and make sure that the it is

securely fastened to your clothing so it won't come off. The treadmill will stop working when the

safety key is pulled out of its position. Put it back in right place to restart the treadmill.

Note: When the safety key is pulled out of its position, the treadmill stops immediately. So, at the

high speed, this immediate stop can be dangerous for the user.

3/. Handle with care when getting on or off the treadmill. Try to use the handrail while ascending

or descending. While you are preparing to use the treadmill, do not stand on the running mat, but

on the two side rails of the treadmill. Put your feet on the mat after the mat starts to move at a low

speed.

During exercise, keep the body and head facing forward at all times. Never try to turn your head

on the treadmill while the mat is still moving.

When you have finished exercising, stop the treadmill by pressing the ―STOP‖ button. Then run

slowly until the treadmill comes to a complete stop before stepping off the treadmill.

II.

Move the treadmill

1/.  Before  moving  the  machine,  please

fold  it  up  (as  picture).  Keep  your  foot

against  the  edge  of  pedestal  and  pull  the

two  handrails  backward  to  incline  the

whole machine.

2/. Push the treadmill forward to move the

it.  Keep  the  treadmill  out  of  the  reach  of

children to avoid accidents.
