(2). In the course of exercise with the abnormal situation, can pull of the safety  key to stop the
treadmill. Re-place the safety lock to reset and wait for input command.
(3). Non-professionals are not allowed to dissemble or repair to avoid damage to the treadmill.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

I.

Cleaning

Remove  dust  on  the  treadmill  with  a  vacuum  cleaner  or  wipe  with  a  damp  cloth.  Folding  the
machine and cleaning the floor with a vacuum cleaner periodically will help prolong the life of
the product.
Never  use  solvents  on  running  mats  or  boards.  Because  solvents  can  reduce  the  lubrication  of
running boards and running mat.

II.

Maintenance

1.

Lubrication

Running a period of time, must be configured with special cymene silicone oil for lubrication.

Suggestion:
Use less than 3 hours/week

Lubrication after 5 months

Use from 4-7 hours/week

Lubrication after 2 months.

Use more than 8 hours/week

Lubrication each month.

Do not over-lubrication, not the more the better. Remember: appropriate lubrication is to improve
the use life of the treadmill.

Lubrication method

Stop using and fold the treadmill before lubrication.
Turn the running mat upside down and touch the surface of the board after running for 30 hours or
30 days. Lubrication is not necessary if silicone oil remains. If the surface feels visibly dry, apply
oil according to the instructions below.

Bring the oil bottle into the center of the running mat, as deep as possible then lubricating the
back side of the running mat.
Note: Evenly lubricate both 2 sides of the running mat.

Start the treadmill and run at the speed of 1km/h to lubricate it evenly, and running belt on it
lightly  from  the  left  side  to  the  right  side,  then  several  minutes  later,  the  lubricant  can  be
totally absorbed.

2.

Running belt tension adjustment

Align the running belt

When you run or walk, you can use more force with one foot than the other. This will cause the
running mat to slide off the center. This treadmill is designed to ensure that the running mat is
precisely centered in the middle of the board. However, there will be times when the running mat
needs extra adjustment to keep it centered. To center the carpet, use the supplied Allen wrench to
adjust the rear roller position.
