Procedure
1. Remove the nuts (A), washers (B)
and wire end rings (C) from the
bolts on the busbars (D) and (E).
2. Prepare the DC cables:
a. Cut the cables (F) and (G) to the
correct length to reach the
bolts on the busbars.
b. Strip the cables from
inslulation. Make sure that the
strip length agrees with the
wire end rings (C).
c. Attach wire end rings (C) to the
end of the wires.
3. Connect these cables:
a. DC- cable (G) on the bolt on the
negative busbar (E)
b. DC+ cable (F) on the bolt on the positive busbar (D)
4. Install washers (B) and nuts (A) on the bolts.
5. Tighten the nuts to the correct torque. For the specification, refer to section
C
