Electrical installation of the control box

15.11                  Connect the CCS control cable from the cable reel CR 
                              

Preliminary requirements

a.   X4-2 (N) CCS Temp1_2 to cable reel 
b.   X4-5 (P) CCS_CP to cable reel
c.   X4-6 (O) CCS_CP to cable reel

d.   X4-7 (Q) CCS Temp1_1 to cable reel
e.   X4-8 (R) CCS Temp2_1 to cable reel
f.   X4-9 (S) CCS Temp2_2 to cable reel

Procedure

1.    Strip the insulation from the 
       cable. For the specification, 
       refer to section 

20.12.12

.

2.    Prepare the wires:

a.   Twist the shield mesh.
b.   Strip the wires.

       For the specification, refer 

       to section 

20.12.12

.

3.    Make sure that any unused wires 

are insulated and cannot touch 

metal parts.

4.    Loosen the screws on the terminals:
       (N), (O), (P), (Q), (R), (S).

 5.    Connect these wires:

6.  Tighten the screws to the correct torque. For the specification, refer to section
