J3 (Thick Ethernet)

Connector J3 is a female right angle DB-15 connector with a slide latch for cable
retention. The part number is 747845-4 from AMP, Inc.

The mating connector is a male DB-15 connector, preferably with locking posts for
retention. This part can also be purchased through AMP, Inc. The pin assignment are
given in the below "J3 Thick Ethernet Pinout" table below for IEEE 802.3 operation.
