W16 (WAITRQ* Enable Selection)
W16 controls how WAITRQ* is generated. Installing W16 allows WAITRQ* to be
generated early in the I/O cycle. Removing W16 generates WAITRQ* based only on
IOCHRDY from the AT/LANTIC chip. W16 should remain installed.
