Current entries/calls and the selected entry are displayed with black text. When a new call
matches an existing call in the list, the existing call in the list is an old call. Old calls are
greyed out (unless selected).
With the release of version 5.0, the activation of a console AUX I/O Input that is
designated as an alarm results in an entry being added to the Call History list in order to
automatically log the date/time of the event. When the alarm is acknowledged, that event
is logged in Call History as well.
The operation of the Call History window is as follows:
• New received information displays on the top line with the old information
scrolling down.
• Up to 64 calls are maintained in the queue. If the display is full, the last line of the
display is pushed “off the bottom” of the screen. If the
CALL DELETE
(
) key is
used to remove a line on the display, calls kept in the queue are shifted up.
• The
STATUS UP
and
STATUS DOWN
keys are used to move the status highlight
bar. You can also highlight an entry using the mouse. (
)
• The
CALL REPLY
(
) key can be used to reply to the private ID that is displayed
on the highlighted line automatically. This only applies to iDEN, SDC, and MAP27.
• The
ALARM ACKNOWLEDGE
(
) key is used to acknowledge Aux Input
Alarms that are displayed in the Talk Group / Chan column.
• The
CALL DELETE
(
) key is used to remove the highlighted call from the
queue. All entries with the same ID as the highlighted call, old or new, are also
deleted.
• The
(
) key is used to print the current content of the Call History
window.
• Mouse left click on an entry displays the caller ID on the entry line.
Note
Close IntegratorRD submenus, such as the Paging submenu, before
using the
Call Reply
key. If a submenu is active, the system is
operating with that context in mind and any attempt to use
Call
Reply
may result in operation that is different than expected.
