Channel Busy Status:
When a transmitter is keyed by this console, the field
changes to “BSY”, displayed in white characters on a red background. When
transmit is released, the “BSY” is removed. If another console transmits on this
channel, the “BSY” displays in red letters on a gray background.
9.
Channel Patch Status:
When the console enables a cross-channel patch for the
channel, the field changes to “Pat” in white letters on a blue background. If another
console has enabled a patch for the channel, the field displays in blue letters on a
gray background.
If your console includes the Enhanced Patch (Model 4020/Model 4048) option, the
field indicates patch with “P-n” where “n” is the patch group number.
10.

A decimal number between 0 and 99 indicates the channel
unselect audio volume. The value is displayed in yellow against the gray
background. If this channel is muted, the field displays a yellow background with
no volume level shown. When the channel volume is “enhanced” using the
“Enhance Volume” function button, this field blinks.
System Region
The System Region, shown in
, displays various system status messages
including the transmit status (Zetron logo), alarm messages, console messages, and the 24-
hour time.
Four types of system status indications or messages are presented in the system region:
•
Logo
— When a Channel Transmit is active, the Zetron logo displays in red.
•
System Time
— The 24-hour clock is updated each second. To set the current
time, refer to
•
Alarm Messages
— When an alarm input is activated, the associated alarm
message is queued for display. Alarm messages are shown in red, blinking letters on
a white background. These messages are acknowledged (and removed) by pressing
the Alarm Acknowledge button (see
•
Console Messages
— Initialization, operational, and diagnostic messages are
reported in the three message lines below the alarm messages. Diagnostic messages
are displayed for a predetermined amount of time and require no action. Refer to
on page 143 for a list and descriptions of these messages. When
the All Mute or Disable CAD function is activated, the All Mute or Disable CAD
timer is displayed on message line 3.
Note
IntegratorRD “remembers” several aspects of a channel’s status,
even when restarting the application or reloading a configuration.
IntegratorRD remembers each individual channel’s volume level,
mute state, select state, selected frequency, all-mute state, current
display, monitor A routing, and monitor B routing.
