Show/Hide Call Window
The Show Call Window and the Hide Call Window menu items activate or deactivate the
Call Window. The Call Window can be configured as visible in some display settings and
not shown in others.
Define Select Groups
Predefined sets of channels can be configured for Group Select using the Group Select
Definition menu. These group selects can then be activated from the “Select Groups”
menu selection of the “Group Menu” menu. When the Group Select Definition menu is
selected, the Misc. Menu is replaced with a list of 16 group select buttons.
To define a group, press the desired setup button. The group select buttons are then
replaced with the channel list buttons. Channels that are included in the group are
displayed in green; those not included are displayed in white.
To add or remove a channel from the group, press the channel button. For multi-frequency
channels, the current channel frequency selection is saved with the group. When the group
is activated, the channel frequency is set to that stored with the group and then the
channels selected.
To save the group setup and return to the Miscellaneous Menu, press the
Save Setup
button. To cancel the setup, press the
Cancel
button. Further groups may be defined by
repeating the above steps.
Start/Stop Log
This selection starts or stops a diagnostic log file that may be used by Zetron service
personnel in the event of a problem.
Define Xmit Groups
Predefined sets of channels may be configured for Group Transmit by using the Group
Transmit Definition menu. These transmit groups are activated from the “Xmit Groups”
menu selection of the “Group Menu” menu. When the Group Transmit Definition menu is
selected, the Miscellaneous Menu is replaced with a list of 16 transmit group buttons.
To define a group, press the desired setup button. The group transmit buttons are replaced
with the channel list buttons. Channels that are included in the group display in green;
those not included are displayed in white. To add or remove a channel from the group,
press the channel button. For multi-frequency channels, the current channel frequency
selection is saved with the group. When the group is activated, the channel frequency is set
to that stored with the group and then the channels are keyed up.
To save the group setup and return to the Miscellaneous Menu, press the
