Slicer types: 294.5, 294.6 are build in isolation class II, they
do not require ground.

Device description
The food slicer consists of:
Driving system which includes:
1 Body.
2 Table with carriage blockade.
3 ON/OFF switch including the switch lock.
4 Regulator with a crank to regulate the thickness of
slicing.
5 Circular knife with clamp handle (for mounting the knife
in a drive) made from stainless steel, with serrate edge,
very stiff and hard, which can slice different products with
equally good effect.
and other components:
6 Plastic carriage (with chromium-nickel ele-ments for
types 294.5 NM-silver line, 294.6). The carriage can be
easily removed from sli-cer table.
7 Clamp, that serves for holding small products. Similarly
to carriage, the clamp protects user’s hand from rotating
knife.
8 Plastics tray, located during slicing next to the slicer,
so that the cut slices can easily lay on it..
9 The slicer type 294.6 is equipped with special knife for
slicing ham.

Preparing the slicer for work
Before first use, wash all parts of the appliance
that come in contact with food in warm soapy
water.
Put the slicer in a place comfortable to operate it, near the
socket, so that the switch button can be pressed with left
tumb , and a product or the clamp can be held in right hand.
Kitchen countertop should be dry and have good grip.
The slicer cannot move while working.
1 Set the regulator in a position corresponding to thickness
of slicing 0 mm .
2 According to graphical scheme shown on the table insert
the carriage into table guides.
3 Move the carriage closer to upper surface of the table,
face to the line with „PUT ON” inscription.
4 After falling the front pair of leading keys into guides’
apertures, move the carriage forward until the back pair of
leading keys falls into guides’ apertures.
5 Put the product on the carriage.
6 Install the clamp on the carriage.

Set the required thickness of slicing within the range
0-15 mm using the crank.
8 Put the plug of connecting cord into socket.
Starting the slicer
1 Push the switch blockade forward with left thumb until
resistance.
2 After the lock is released move down the ON/OFF switch
and switch on the slicer.

Pressing the product with right hand move it together with
the carriage (and clamp) from you until the end of carriage
range, move it back and repeat the activity as many times as
many slices you want to have.
